1992: Vincenzo Romano has taken over business activities in the footsteps of his father Umberto, an entrepreneur who operating in the paper tissue industry since 1972. In 1992 he acquired the first two plants in Bagni di Lucca and in Borgo a Mozzano (Lu). At that time, plant systems comprised a paper mill and a converting plant with a production allocation of 80% for large companies in the industry, and 20% for clients-distributors to the public.
1998: The 5erre the financial group, owned by the Romano family, founded the corporation and started an important season of investments and successes.
2001: Acquisition of the second paper mill in Villa Basilica. In the same year, Eurovast SpA takes its first steps towards mass distribution of large scale retail to the most important Italian and European discount stores.

2005: December 23: with enduring faith in the industrial development project, the company gives clearance to an investment plan for a new plant in Toringo, featuring state-of-the-art production lines amounting to about Euro 15 millions.
2006: The growth of Eurovast SpA production activity springs from a revolutionary idea of the ROTOLOTTO brand, the first compact mono roll for domestic use.
2007: There is a second and more important investment plan relating to paper mills implementing new production system with tangible qualitative and innovative results.

2008: July 18: The opening of the plant in Toringo. Completion of the investment plan, commissioning of new Perini lines featuring four-color printing and new cutting-edge technology embossing.
2009: Research and development of the selection range to ensure higher quality and services to the consumer.
2010: Purchase of new embossing rollers and creation of new paper-towel designs.
2011: Marketing and communication investments promoting new and innovative product lines both in the paper and in the pet sectors.
